Janel completed her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University in 1991 and her Masters of Physical Therapy from Andrews University in 1997. She has over 35 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist. Throughout her career she has worked in both the high school and outpatient physical therapy settings. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor with a rehabilitation emphasis, which, she uses as a tool to treat many types of injuries. In her free time she enjoys hiking, golfing, cycling, and volunteering with Michigan Special Olympics.
