I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating from Andrews University in 2012, and the founder of my practice since 2015. From the very beginning of my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.

Movement has always been a central part of my life. I grew up in gymnastics, continuing through high school and into college, which built the foundation for my understanding of strength, control, and performance. Over the years, I’ve expanded into endurance sports—completing a marathon, training for triathlons, and consistently challenging myself through distance running and weightlifting. Today, you’ll still find me staying active with weekly hockey, along with wakeboarding and snowboarding whenever I get the chance.

My approach to physical therapy is rooted in how the body actually functions—as one connected, fluid kinetic chain. Rather than focusing on a single painful joint, I focus on identifying and correcting how the entire body moves. Often, the source of pain isn’t where you feel it. By improving movement patterns, strength, and coordination throughout the system, we create lasting results—not just temporary relief.

Because I live an active lifestyle myself, I understand both the physical and mental demands that come with it. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, chasing a performance goal, or simply wanting to stay active for life, my goal is to help you move with confidence and perform at your best.
